To ensure the enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to our policies:

WINTER PITCHES
Please note that due to the weather conditions, we cannot accept winter bookings for grass pitches. This will be reviewed and updated in the spring.
You are booking a hardstanding pitch at £25.00 per night. All pitches come with electric included as standard.
WINTER OPENING HOURS
- CHECK IN
11am-4pm Monday - Saturday
11am-3pm Sunday. - DEPARTURE
11am (unless a later checkout has been agreed).
Reception is NOT manned after 4 p.m. during winter hours.
To avoid disappointment, arrivals after 4 p.m. must be agreed upon in advance of booking.
Should you encounter delays please inform us as soon as possible so that the team can provide information about access and your pitch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last-minute out-of-hours arrivals —thank you for your understanding.
CHILDREN - we want to keep our younger campers safe - if you are staying with children, please make sure they are supervised at all times. No children under the age of 18 years old are to be left unaccompanied on site.
DOGS
- to be kept on leads at ALL times.
- please ensure you pick up after your dog and use the designated dog toilet area.
- we do not accept vocal dogs.
- we do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa or any bull cross breeds of any type.
NOISE - we want all of our campers to have a relaxing stay, that’s why we ask that there be no noise or movement of vehicles between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am. Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep music at a reasonable level.
FIRES & BBQs - are allowed. Please keep all BBQs and fire pits off of the ground and ensure they are fully extinguished. All fires should be at least 3m from tents or awnings
WATER SAFETY - the River Taf runs through the bottom of the marsh. The river is tidal and is deep and fast-moving at high tide. The ditches may not be easy to see, so please take care and stick to the tracks. There are several ponds around the campsite of varying depths.
Swimming in the river and pond is unsafe and IS NOT permitted
DRIVING ON SITE - please stick to 5mph for the safety of children and animals.
GATES - please shut ALL gates behind you.
